The Unwritten-Enkindle Nutrition Plan involves finding a balance that fits your goals and your lifestyle. Diets are not sustainable and are only temporary things. We want to teach you how to moderate, learn how to enjoy things you like, and eat for health, longevity and performance. We want to eat well, feel good, and recover from Regina’s grueling workouts. Proper food and nutrition plays so much into our well-being and state of mind!We will start with simple changes and as you feel good, work up to more detailed changes. The key is finding balance for you and fitting it into your lifestyle. Our plans range from habitual changes, to exploration of different nutritional lifestyles, all the way to counting macros and digging into the granularity of how your body works, and everything in between. The goal is to find something that works for YOU.
