About Coach

I was introduced to Crossfit in 2012, started coaching in 2016, and have been hooked since. I played all the sports growing up, so the variety that Crossfit has to offer, as well as the competitive side, keeps me coming back for more.

Turning Point

A major turning point in my life is when I came to the realization that fitness impacted my mental health on a much greater scale than my physical health. Having taken many "breaks" from Crossfit throughout college and adulthood, Crossfit has never failed to improve my quality of life every time I have come back to it. It wasn't until 2016 when I realized that I should not go months without "fitnessing" again in order to maintain a positive mindset and continue to improve my overall self-worth. That is also when I realized that I had a passion to lead from the front and begin Coaching in hopes of passing down some of what Crossfit has done for me.

Motivation & Passion

My goal for each class that I coach is for it to be the BEST hour of somebody's day. If I can motivate, educate or improve each member's day through improving movement patterns, adjusting to a positive mindset, or listening to how your week has been, then I will consider it a successful class.
