How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I started CrossFit in 2016.
What was your first CrossFit workout and how did you do?
I chased a ball and ran. I did great!
What’s your athletic background? Did you play any sports growing up?
I’m short and stocky and have an abundance of energy
What inspires you as a coach – why do you do it?
I love giving athletes love and getting my dog hair all over them.
What are your favorite and least favorite CrossFit movements?
Favorite: Ball chasing
Least favorite: Sitting still
What is one piece of advice you would offer to someone new to CrossFit?
It’s so fun to steal people’s mobility balls and chew on them
What is your favorite thing about CrossFit (community, challenging workouts, friends, etc?)
I get to chase balls all day long!
