How long have you been doing CrossFit?

What was your first CrossFit workout and how did you do?
Med ball cleans and sit-ups. It was the scaled version of t2b and squat cleans. I felt defeated, but the next day soreness told me that I had made the right move by join CrossFit.
What’s your athletic background? Did you play any sports growing up? Softball mainly. By high school I had given the rec sports up and found myself winded after walking up a flight of stairs.
What do you love about CrossFit – why do you do it?
2 things: the empowerment & community. Women who do CrossFit breaking the norm and that’s badass. The community is an extra bonus. Everyone starts somewhere and when there’s a community who supports and cheers for you, that’s the cherry on top.
