What was your first CrossFit workout and how did you do?
” Randy” For Time 75 Power Snatches (75/55) I about died!!!!
What’s your athletic background? Did you play any sports growing up?
Baseball, Football, Wrestling , Roller blades ( early 90s!!! It was cool I promise!!!) I was always a very active kid
What inspires you as a coach – why do you do it?
I Love Fitness!! I am more into the mental change that people make than the physical. I Love encouraging and watching people grind through challenging workouts. Building Mental Fortitude!!!
What are your favorite and least favorite CrossFit movements?
Double Unders are stupid!!
What is one piece of advice you would offer to someone new to CrossFit?
Stay consistent and work on your weaknesses!! Good things will come
What is your favorite thing about CrossFit (community, challenging workouts, friends, etc?)
Friends and the variety of workouts

I grew up on a wrestling mat my entire life until I was 21years old, then ran off into the Marine Corps Infantry for 4 years.
