EMPOWERED MOMS SERIES
This is a specialized class designed for pregnant and postpartum moms. A class specifically designed for this special phase of life to build strength, conditioning, prehab and rehab. Integrating strength and conditioning, CrossFit, weight training, cardio, and mobility, the Empowered Moms series is designed to help moms from all activities and interests strengthen their bodies throughout pregnancy and recover to continue the actitivies they love in the postpartum phase. No matter how far postpartum you are, this series gets back to basics to help establish a strong, stable, sustainable foundation.
Lead by Coach Whitney Batchelor, she has a passion for helping women navigate two very demanding times of their lives: pregnancy and postpartum. Her goal is to empower women by giving you all the tools and knowledge to take care of yourself! You will be given exercise guides with the proper modifications and most up-to-date recommendations. Our goals are to help mamas to stay safe, healthy, comfortable and confident.
Coach Whitney has 8 years of coaching experience and holds a certification in Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism. She has two young children of her own, which has deepened her personal understanding of what women go through to make their little humans.
Open to all pregnant & postpartum moms, be it 6 weeks or 16 years!
Our EMS series runs in 6 week sessions.
Our next EMS series starts July 6th! Tuesdays and Fridays at 9am!
(babies & small children are encouraged to attend with mom!)
