This is a specialized class designed for pregnant and postpartum moms. A class specifically designed for this special phase of life to build strength, conditioning, prehab and rehab.


Lead by Coach Whitney Batchelor, she has a passion for helping women navigate two very demanding times of their lives: pregnancy and postpartum. Her goal is to empower women by giving you all the tools and knowledge to take care of yourself! You will be given exercise guides with the proper modifications and most up-to-date recommendations. Our goals are to help mamas to stay safe, healthy, comfortable and confident.


Coach Whitney has 8 years of coaching experience and holds a certification in Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism. She has two young children of her own, which has deepened her personal understanding of what women go through to make their little humans.


Open to all pregnant & postpartum moms, be it 6 weeks or 16 years!


Our EMS series runs in 6 week sessions – our next session starts July 28th
