CROSSFIT KIDS

A KIDS FITNESS PROGRAM FOCUSED ON GETTING KIDS HEALTHY AND MOVING PROPERLY. THE UNWRITTEN CROSSFIT KIDS PROGRAM IS UNIQUELY DESIGNED TO ENCOURAGE A LOVE FOR FITNESS IN KIDS.

CrossFit Unwritten offers weekly CrossFit Kids classes for ages 3 to 12 years old. The goal of our CrossFit Kids program is to forge broad, general, inclusive fitness and knowledge at an early age. The program is designed for kids to have a BLAST while learning.

CrossFit Kids is meant to be FUN and ENGAGING. It is a great way to encourage and motivate kids to exercise at an early age and instill in them a love for health and fitness. In our program, kids will learn proper and efficient functional movements required in daily life, improve their strength and coordination, enhance their cognitive skills and learn to work in teams. Kids will have an opportunity to build and sustain a healthy lifestyle while emphasizing good movement mechanics which will enhance sports performance and prevent sport injuries.

Classes include a warm-up “Focus” (the teaching of a particular skill, movement, or nutritional element); WOD (or “Workout of the Day”), and a FUN fitness-inspired game.
